New UAE Corporate Tax Law Q&A

This has been prepared on the basis of the Federal Decree Law No.47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Business (Corporate Tax Law) and IDO’s internal document.  However, the Cabinet Decision relating to the details and clarifications on various aspects of Corporate Tax is yet to be released by the Ministry of Finance.
